...because we had a birthday at the Hazelhut!
We also had 6 children join for our arts day...
...where we made jewelry....
...and set up tents and hammocks....

For lunch we had a lovely outdoor picnic.

Of course everyone was desperate to get in the pool in the afternoon.

Everyone was even more desperate to enjoy the karaoke afternoon.
How else could this evening end other than with a campfire, burger party and cake.
