After a long summer of sunshine and showers most of the sunflowers planted by Marymount students in May outgrew their pots and were transplanted to the vegetable garden for more space. Just look at them now!
Since we did not have the space to put all the sunflowers in the same part of the garden and therefore some children's plants might have had the advantage of better soil or weather conditions, we decided to judge the winner as the tallest potted sunflower and that was..... Flaminia!!!! Many congratulations! We really hope to see you all again at the Hazelhut and meanwhile thank you for the beautiful view!
