Another week concluded at the Hazelhut with 3 more visitors from Rome, so we were 11 children as we headed into Ronciglione!
So off we headed into town.
When we arrived, we had a snack and a cool down in a local bar.
Then it was time to shop 'til we dropped!
Before lunch we drew some postcards for our families, then tucked in to Marilena's fabulous cuisine.
The children were so keen to jump in the pool that they skipped desert and raced back to the Hazelhut, where they swam, played games, did puzzles and made things in the art room until it was time for the leaving ceremony....
Our sports day winner was announced.....
And certificates were handed out....... The girls won the bedroom competition and...
.....one brave boy awoke from his sick bed to receive his reward. Goodbye Hazelhutters!!!
