Sports Day kicked off with spectated skipping.
Followed by the famous water relay.
Then 'Water bomb Passies'....
After snack we headed to the pitch for a rather hot game of rounders which thankfully ended 5 all.
Then the children washed their hands and made their own sandwiches for our picnic lunch.
After lunch the younger children read a story with Ottavia in the sitting room,
while the older children continued with indoor sports....
Once they had digested, most of the children couldn't wait to get out of the heat and into the pool!

The big highlight for the children sleeping over was the talent show which begun at 6.30pm with a very accomplished piano recital.

....and a truly awesome dance duo - impressive for 11 unpracticed Hazelhutters!
We all loved hanging out for the end of camp pizza party and despite any ups and downs we've had along the way, it was clear that we will all miss each other in days to come.
