Tuesday is here and we headed off to the stables at La Martingala as usual. The children took special care to prepare the ponies due to the very high temperatures.
Then they headed up to the riding corral to learn some horseback skills. Irma and her team of helpers were very impressed by the high standard of this particular group.

After the hard work in the field, the horses needed a good cool down, so the children watched while the stable hands showered them down.
Then we headed to the clubhouse where Rita had prepared a delicious pasta salad for the children and helpers.
This afternoon the two boys headed two teams in a mime and sound game in the end the Fluffy Nachos beat the Floppy Bananas.
A group of children went with James to pick the ripe apricots to make jam tomorrow.
A different group helped to make the dauphinoise potatoes for tonight's dinner and they were delicious!
